The Role:As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and

students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading small group sessions and interventions to support student learning.

• Covering lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 when required.

• Assisting in planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual student needs.

• Providing 1:1 support to help students reach their full potential.

• HLTA status is essential.

• Experience working in a primary school setting.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
