Position: Chef
Location: Hailsham
Days & Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Fridays and Saturdays: 5:00 PM to close
Salary: £11.44p/h - £12.50p/hWe are looking for a skilled Chef to join our client's team at a very popular restaurant & takeaway base din Hailsham. The ideal candidate will assist with preparation, cooking starters, cooking main dishes, and providing general assistance in the kitchen. This role may involve packing, cleaning, prepping, and assisting with starters, as well as other duties required by the Chef.

Requirements:

Level 2 Food & Hygiene Certificate
Experience in a similar role preferred
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work additional hours as neededThis position has the potential to transition to a full-time, permanent role as the restaurant expands its operations.
