Our client based in Aberdeen are looking for a Technical Administrator to join their team on a contract basis until December 2025.

An organised, methodical, detail-oriented and self-directed individual to join the team as a Technical Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for internal and external quality data compilation and analysis and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of the business.

Job Spec
• Make contact with vendors to request RAMS, discuss issues and work with others to resolve
• Keep permit tracker up to date
• General support for construction village set up
• File all documentation on S Drive and then onto SAP and Tenforce
• Take charge of filling on SAP of all certifications associated with WSE, written scheme of examination.
• Control and execution of all warranty claims
• Work with warehouse during the request and allocation of spares
• Support HSE in induction process during shutdown period.
• Support approved vendors process.
• Minute shutdown meetings.

Desired Qualities/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• SAP experience
