About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established and respected company within the Construction Plant/Earthmoving machinery sector. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager:

Ensuring effective operation of each depot for the South region 
This includes health & safety, people issues, people development and parts inventory. 
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and aftersales revenue 
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
Oversee warranty processes, service agreements, and compliance with industry standards 
To be successful as a Aftersales Manager:

Proven experience in an aftersales or service management role, ideally within capital equipment (plant/crane/earthmoving machinery) 
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
