Title: Clinical Negligence SolicitorLocation: Liverpool Salary: Competitive A well-established law firm in the North-West is seeking to expand its Clinical Negligence Team with the addition of a skilled Solicitor or Equivalent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within one of the Clinical Negligence teams, handling individual cases and supporting the team to ensure cases are managed proactively, client-focused, and commercially. With offices in major cities and a strong emphasis on work-life balance, this firm is an ideal place for legal professionals looking to grow their careers in a dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have recent experience in handling a caseload, particularly within Clinical Negligence, and possess 5 years+ PQE or equivalent experience. They should demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, along with strong communication and drafting abilities. Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel, is essential. The candidate must exhibit keen attention to detail and strong commercial awareness within a legal environment. Additionally, the ability to mentor and support junior team members, flexibility, a commitment to achieving results and meeting deadlines, and excellent client care skills are crucial.Responsibilities include managing an individual caseload, supporting the team in delivering outstanding client service, and contributing to case management and progression. The role involves aligning recruitment strategies with organisational goals and market trends, drafting legal documentation, negotiating settlements, and litigating claims as required.
