As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will oversee a range of commercial projects, including refurbishments, repairs, and new builds.

With a reputation for excellence, this firm specialises in high-profile commercial projects up to £15M in value, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead projects from inception to completion. From early planning stages through to project delivery, you will take a hands-on approach to manage each scheme, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial projects from inception to completion, managing every phase with a hands-on approach
Oversee a diverse portfolio, focusing on high-value projects across refurbishments, repairs, and new builds
Ensure project compliance with industry regulations and standards
Engage in business development initiatives to cultivate new client relationships and enhance firm reputation
Provide expert advice on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

Proven experience in managing high-value commercial projects within a surveying or project management role
