* Main Contractor based in Hampshire

* Very busy Property Services division

* Maintenance and refurbishment projects

* Projects throughout the Southern region

* This will provide an excellent opportunity for career progression for an ambitious Surveyors

Role

* Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be given the opportunity to deliver a key framework project

* Managing sub contract accounts and supply chain.

* Internal and external refurbishments - kitchens and bathrooms, cladding, FRA works.

* Managing all commercial aspects of the projects

* Work closely with clients to report on financial progress.

* Ensure reporting systems are maintained at all times.

* Work closely with the Operational and pre Construction team.

* Take full ownership of your role and be given the autonomy to work with support when required.
