- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to develop and deliver high-quality, tailored learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
- Monitor and Track Progress: Actively monitor student progress, providing feedback and insights that help refine strategies and inform decision-making. You'll be part of a team that is constantly adapting to ensure every student reaches their potential.
- Adapt Teaching Methods: Your experience and adaptability will be crucial in adjusting lesson plans, resources, and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of SEND students. Inclusivity will be at the heart of everything you do.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEND students.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to adapt teaching materials and approaches to meet individual student needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
Desirable:
- Experience working with a variety of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.
- Training in behaviour management techniques, such as Team-Teach or similar.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
