Role Overview

Trigon Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Business Admin/Employability Tutor. Our client has just secured AEB funding to deliver in the GLA rea. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the onset of this new contract. As a leading educational institution dedicated to empowering individuals with essential skills, we are committed to making a positive impact on their employability prospects.

Role Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver engaging employability and digital skills training sessions to a diverse range of learners.

* Create and implement lesson plans, assessments, and resources that align with the specific needs of the learners.

* Facilitate interactive and practical workshops on topics such as CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and digital literacy.

* Assess the progress and development of learners, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.

* Utilize technology and digital tools effectively to enhance the learning experience.

* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching materials.

* Stay updated with current industry trends and labour market demands to provide relevant and up-to-date guidance to learners.

* Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and other relevant data.

Role Requirements:

* Hold a relevant teaching qualification, such as PTTLS or equivalent.

* Previous experience in delivering employability and digital skills training is highly desirable.

* Strong knowledge and understanding of current employability practices and digital tools.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

* A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms.

* High level of organization and attention to detail.
