We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Insurance Advisor, within Motor or Home insurance, to be based in Hornchurch.

You will be working for a well-established insurance company, they have over fifty years insurance experience and are known for providing exceptional customer service to their customers. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join their welcoming team. As the Insurance Advisor you will be responsible for handling new business sales, cross-selling, mid-term adjustments and renewals. This is a fantastic, varied role. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, sales and working to KPI's and Targets.

They salary is dependent on your insurance experience, as below, with supportive career progression including DIP CII certification, and uncapped commission on top.

1 year's insurance experience = £19,250.00
2 year's insurance experience = £21,424.00
3 year's insurance experience = £23,030.80
3 year's insurance experience + certification = £24,102.00
4 year's insurance experience + DIP / or Long-Term Service = £25,708.80

In this role you will work forty hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm, with one in three Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need previous insurance experience within Motor or Home insurance. You will also need strong communication skills and to be computer literate.
