Senior Travel consultants - India specialists required for this luxury tour operator who are launching a new India product, ideally office based but they will consider hybrid or from home(depending on experience) They are looking for 2 people well travelled in India and very strong experience selling the destination. Salary between £26/32k plus up to 8/16k comm plus benefits.Travel consultants skills required-Consult with clients by telephone, on video call, via email and in person at their offices or travel industry events to identify their individual holiday requirements to India- Create high-quality tailor-made itineraries for direct and trade clients based on their requirements- Work to achieve individual and team sales targets; converting both tailor-made and small group tour enquiries to sale; maximizing value from each enquiry- Co-ordinate all aspects of the client booking, including reservations, to ensure successful delivery of trip- Conduct final quality check of travel documents to ensure high quality, accurate information is received by the client- Take a proactive approach to learning and development to ensure your sales skills, customer service and product knowledge is always improving- Undertake familiarisation visits Travel consultants skills required-Experience of travelling/working in India with a real passion for the country-Travel sales experience selling India is a must -A high level of customer service or sales experience-Excellent communication skills-Well educatedAdditional information-Ideally office based or hybrid after passing probation but they will consider homebased -4 Saturdays per year max, mainly Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 9am and 6pmIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT59189
