What you will be doing:

Effectively managing a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law work for a broad range of clients
Handling caseloads for clients such as owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks
Assisting the firm's wider business development initiatives by building and developing your own client base
Accuracy and diligence when drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of finance and corporate governance documents
