Salary: £33500/annum

Only required to be in the office 1 day a week

Package:

* A competitive base salary commensurate with your experience up to £33,500 per annum.

* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Also offer birthday leave and one day per annum for a volunteering purpose.

* 8% contribution to employee pension scheme from the company

* Ability to join the private medical scheme (50% employer contribution to premium)

* Death in Service benefit equivalent to 4x salary.

Job Objectives:

You will be supporting the Marketing Team across all funds under management; helping to deliver the marketing strategy and develop mobilisations plans to raise awareness of the financial products available to businesses. The successful candidate will also pro-actively support the Group's Investment Managers in generating new opportunities across digital platforms.

The role will be based out Head Office in Fleet, Hampshire. However my client does offer a hybrid working environment with the ability to work from home, with a reconnection day each week in our Fleet office.

The role involves:

* Social Media - You will be responsible for driving engagement across our social channels (Twitter and LinkedIn). Manage social notifications/inboxes and engage with individuals when appropriate.

* Content, email marketing & website - You will proactively manage the company's websites (including the brokerage arm of the business), and work with the marketing team on producing email campaigns and other marketing materials.

* Analysis and Reporting - You will use reporting tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics to track the success of campaigns.

* SEO - You will develop the company's SEO strategy & use tools to monitor and audit website health, advising on changes for improvement.

* Advertising - You will set up and optimise paid search and paid display campaigns across Google & social channels.

* Working with media partners to ensure the brand is marketed effectively and gain good traction on press releases.

* Utilising Eventbrite to support regional teams in any events that they are running.

* Support the development of Business Services - a marketing agency approach to winning new marketing-only contracts.

* Provide adhoc support to the rest of the marketing team and company as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Have a degree in marketing or digital marketing, or relevant work experience.

* Working knowledge of Drupal CMS (desired but not required), Google Analytics, LinkedIn & Twitter Analytics.

* Knowledge of SEO and PPC advertising.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Have the ability to work towards and meet deadlines.

* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
