Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of a Social Housing provider in Hertfordshire

The Opportunity

* Oversee a patch of 600 - 700 properties

* Including some shared ownership properties

* Estate management and liaise with grounds maintenance contractors

* Inspect estates for grounds maintenance issues

* Resolve low level ASB and neighbourhood disputes

* Assist with income and rent recovery

Further Information

* 2 months+

* £23 - £25 per hour

* Hybrid working - 1 day a week from home

Requirements

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Enhanced DBS
