Overview:
As the Earthworks Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the strategic direction, management, and execution of earthworks projects. This includes ensuring safety standards, cost management, and quality assurance, as well as fostering strong client relationships. You will lead a team of engineers, project managers, and site supervisors, and collaborate with other departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor the earthworks division of the company.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the execution of earthworks projects.
Oversee the coordination of resources, personnel, and equipment for optimal project delivery.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with other senior managers to enhance project delivery and company growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Earthworks Director, or similar senior role, within a civil engineering environment.
Extensive knowledge of earthworks techniques, equipment, and project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
A degree in Civil Engineering or related field (desirable)
A track record of successful project delivery in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Benefits:
