Field-Based Sales Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Bonus
Primarily home-based with regular travel across the South East region and occasional travel to the Leicester site.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Sales Manager to join our client in the Access Equipment/Elevating Work Platform sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships and expand market presence across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.

· Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a field-based sales role within the access equipment, construction equipment is essential

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.

· A proactive and target-driven mindset.

· Full UK driving license (car allowance provided).
