Handle are partnering with a market leading events company who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team as they continue on their impressive growth journey.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will work closely to support the wider HR team and business across the UK, Germany, and Spain. The team have an amazing tight-knit culture that boasts a collaborative and engaging working dynamic.

The role itself is very generalist - HR is truly valued in the business so there is a lot of room to make an impact. As well as the day to day, you'll be able to focus on group-wide project work rolling out new processes to all the regions. There is also a lot of work to be done with their HRIS system (HiBob) so someone tech savvy could build on this!

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with dynamic leadership skills. You will have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience.

They operate a hybrid model, with 3 days in their Hammersmith-based offices.
