About the Job

As a Panel Beater with First Class Repairs you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components to manufacturers standards. Working with the wider team, you will use specialist body repair equipment to complete a variety of repairs, contributing to achieving site targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Panel Beater - Key Responsibilities:

* Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components.

* Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.

* Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.

* Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.

* Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Panel Beater - About You

Our ideal candidate will have experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from a body shop background. You will have:

* Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.

* The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently.

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
