Personal Assistant at Manager-Owned business, office-based role in Ruislip (walking distance from West Ruislip and Ruislip stations) supporting 2 Directors.
Hours: 9 to 5.30, 5 days in (own private office on-site)
Seeking a highly-organised candidate to support the directors of the business, a huge franchise of restaurants across the UK. The ideal person will have experience looking after C-Suite professionnals in both business and personnal tasks.
The role:
- Diary/calendar management, meeting scheduling
- Switchboard and inbox management; to a professional standard. Utilising One Drive to sort and file correspondance and important documents.
- Travel arrangements across the UK
- Report/documents prep for directors
- Minute taking/ market research/compliation of data and assisting on projects
- Errands such as booking personnal appointments; taxis or cars; expenses
- Daily use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
We are looking for a proactive, team-player. A background as a PA in a relevant sector (Hospitality/ Food and Beverage) would be highly advantageous. Strong Communication and ability to work in a fast-faced environment is a must. Degree level education is preferable but not required.
