As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Support

Assist in leading, mentoring, and supporting the nursery team
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
Support recruitment, induction, and staff development
Operational Excellence

Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety
Help oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum
Assist with daily operational and compliance tasks
Financial & Administrative Support

Assist in fee management, budget monitoring, and invoicing
Track performance against agreed targets and nursery goals
Family & Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
Ensure families feel informed, involved, and valued
Culture & Values

Lead by example, promoting a supportive and positive work culture
Encourage staff wellbeing and professional development

The Ideal Candidate:

Level 3 or above in Early Years
