Salary: Up to £52,000 + Private Medical Insurance

Are you an experienced electrical supervisor ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level!

We are seeking a qualified electrical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role is 80 percent hands off & 20 percent hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
Computer literate
Client facing skills to communicate with the client
Package & Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £52,000
Private medical insurance (Including Dental, Optical & Audio)
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Overtime Available
No Call-out
Requirements:

Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
Previous experience as a lead or supervisor
3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial environments
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
