Corporate Tax Manager - £55,000 - £60,000 - Horsham

Key Responsibilities:

- Advisory Work (50%): Engage in diverse tax advisory assignments including reorganizations, EIS schemes, R&D tax credits, and due diligence on acquisitions.

- Compliance Work (50%): Oversee Corporate Tax compliance services for a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor on all tax-related matters.

- Provide mentorship and training to a team of three within the Corporate Tax team.

- Act as the main point of contact for several premium clients, providing comprehensive tax solutions.

What We're Looking For:

- CTA qualification or equivalent experience in Corporate Tax.

- Extensive knowledge of UK corporation tax and its interaction with international tax matters.

- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff.

- Open to a candidate looking to step up from Assistant Manager.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to client offices in Sussex, Kent, and London.
