About the KS1 Teaching Assistant Role:

This part-time, temporary position is ideal for a compassionate and proactive KS1 Teaching Assistant who thrives on supporting children's academic and personal growth. With a competitive daily rate of £85-£100, this role provides the opportunity to work closely with KS1 pupils, delivering tailored interventions and supporting their unique needs. The role is available for an immediate start.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is highly desirable.

.• Knowledge of boosters and interventions techniques, with a focus on improving literacy and numeracy skills.

• Understanding of special educational needs (SEN) and the ability to provide tailored support to pupils with diverse learning needs

.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
