Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Rickmansworth

Rate: £12.50ph paid on a weekly basis

Contract Details: Temporary position for 6 weeks. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm ( 5 days in the office )

Start Date: 13th January 2025

Responsibilities:

Support the customer service team by managing inboxes, answering phone calls, and performing data entry tasks
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
