GSL Education is looking for a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school in Sutton.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with ASD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
Assist teachers in delivering a differentiated curriculum.
Promote student confidence and independence.
Help students develop social and communication skills.

Requirements:

Prior experience in an SEN or mainstream classroom.
A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
Knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour management strategies, and SEND interventions.
Understanding of safeguarding procedures.
