Product Manager - Smart Controls

Are you passionate about driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions in smart lighting? We are seeking a Product Manager - Smart Controls to lead the growth of our Smart Controls and Connected Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead and execute a 2-5 year product strategy, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.

* Market Research: Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors to inform product development and positioning.

* Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.

* Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement launch plans, marketing campaigns, CPDs, training, and sales enablement materials.

* Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs drive product decisions.

* Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, gather user feedback, and optimize based on key metrics.

* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve objectives and build value-driven supplier relationships.

* Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B product sector

* Skills: Strong market analysis, customer insight generation, and data interpretation capabilities.

* Technical: Passion for technology and learning about DALI, Wirepass, RF mesh technologies, and Cloud APIs

* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
