About the Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our organisation, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the project,

* Conducting detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for civil engineering packages

* Managing and negotiating NEC option A contracts efficiently.

* Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness

* Commercial forecasting, CVR's, Project status reports, Measures Subcontract Management, Procurement

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

* BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying

* In-depth knowledge and practical experience with NEC contracts.

* Previous experience commercial managing civil packages up to £10m

This is a contract role (Outside IR35) for a duration of 18 months.

Please note, this role will require individuals to be based on-site 3 to 4 days p/week
