SQL Server DBA

Hybrid Role

London Based

£600pd Contract role

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and supporting operations of SQL server databases.

- Installation of SQL server.

- Restoring/ backing up + administrative tasks

- Tuning + troubleshooting

Skills Needed:

- Supporting the database solutions life cycle form phases of design to installation

- Experience performing backups, troubleshooting etc

- Experience of daytime and on call shifts

- Database administration experience with SQL server 2008R2 - SQL 2022

- Knowledge of HA, DR etc.

- Automation with the use of scripting languages (e.g Ddbatools, Powershell)

- Experience in SQL Server in MS Azure
