Senior Credit Controller waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Private company  and would like to introduce the following position

Position:          Senior Credit Controller

Location:         Sheffield/Chesterfield

Rate:                £26,000-£28,000 DoE

Length:            Permanent  

Hours:             40 hours p/week

Hybrid:            2 Days Office 3 Days WFH

The role will predominantly involve:

• Working alongside a team of Credit Controllers, managing your own ledgers with across several geographic locations, around #removed# accounts
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders queries
• Communicate with customers primarily via telephone (also via email) to collect in due debt & discuss account status and actions
• Liaise with Sales to release orders and resolve queries and collaborate on a monthly AR review call to improve collections performance
• Account reconciliation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders including interaction with Cash Allocation and Finance teams to support audit requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Driving License as travel to other offices across the UK (once a month)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUPS + PIVOT TABLES (SQL experience is a bonus)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
