THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor

Being a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 supporting pupils with behavioural difficulties. Must be someone that's able to inspire and motivate pupils on a 1:1 basis and through group work. You will be building relationships with the students and promote positive behaviour. The role requires you to provide guidance, support and encouragement to individual's needs.
