What you will do
The College Services team plays a vital role in covering all aspects of student support from welcoming students to the College to registering at their chosen university.?The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student social activities, student progression, compliance, and administration.
As a College Services Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures.
This is a student facing role and an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
What you’ll bring to the role

Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience & Interests: A strong interest in education, particularly in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.

Technical & Organisational Skills: Proficiency in IT (especially Microsoft Excel, including formulae, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables), strong organisational abilities, and effective time management.

Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in teams.

Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, confidentiality awareness, initiative, flexibility, and a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
