ROLE

Leading the hygiene team by providing expert knowledge in relation to Food Contact and Environmental Hygiene requirements and methods of cleaning, specifically in relation to deep cleaning. Provide expert knowledge to the Operations team in relation to hygiene requirements and best practice. Conducting of audits and management of tasks to ensure Food Safety and Integrity is maintained at all times in relation to hygiene and GMP. Play active part in promoting and maintaining the Food Integrity culture. Represent the Hygiene function during Customer visits and 3rd party audits where required.

CANDIDATE

You will have had at least some experience leading a team as this position will give you responsibility for 7 operatives. You will be an excellent communicator with experience in the Food Manufacturing sector.

Salary £30K- £40K DOE
