I am supporting a local business with a part time Finance Assistant for a 6 month temporary period with the potential to be made permanent. This is an immediate start, varied finance role that can be flexibly worked over 21 hours per week.

Description

• Purchase & Sales ledger processing
• Cashbook processing & reconciliation of bank statements
• Any queries related to accounts payable and receivable
• Monthly Payroll Processing and administration
• Petty cash postings
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Producing monthly accruals and prepayments.
• Assisting with the yearly audit preparation

Profile

• Immediately available or available on short notice
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar finance role
• Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
