Groundworks Supervisor

We are looking for an immediate start for a Groundworks Supervisor to help supervise a team of groundworkers with ducting & drainage for a 4-5 month project near Cheltenham to start ASAP.

Rate: £280-£300 a day
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: 7.00am - 5.00pm
Duration: 4-5 months
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of groundworks operatives

* Set out and ensure levels are accurate

* Ducting & drainage

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets high-quality standards

* Collaborate closely with the project manager

* Actively participate in the work, providing hands-on support

Requirements:

* Minimum SSSTS or SMSTS qualification

* Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
