We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, committed Early Years Teacher to join us Term Time Only 20hrs per week.

Early Years Teacher must hold a QTS/EYTS (or eqv) with specific experience in overseeing and supporting the development of children aged 3-5 years.
The teacher would work in close partnership with the key carers to support the children's individual growth, development and overall 'school readiness' based upon individual and group starting points.
With children of this age we do tend to find that this stage typically displays a wider range neurodivergent needs, therefore a desirable level of experience would be within this area but at minimum the ability to think outside of the box with adaptable and creative approaches to achieve the desired goal for each child's needs

The potential candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of child development and practical experience of working with children from 0-5 years. Early Years practitioner/ Nursery Nurse must be enthusiastic and willing to develop further knowledge in Early Years pedagogy and be open to further professional development.

Early Years practitioner/ Nursery Nurse must have good understanding of Safeguarding and the Learning and Development requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Applicants must have previous professional experience working with 0-5 year olds and hold relevant teaching qualification.

You will be a driven and committed Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse with a child centred approach. You must have excellent written and spoken English and have experience working in a similar role.
