As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the property management team by conducting property check-ins, midterm inspections, and check-outs, managing keys, and facilitating site and office visits. You'll also handle ad hoc administrative tasks and serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires a minimum of 2 years' property management experience, and while ARLA qualification is preferred, a strong track record in the industry is equally valuable.

• salary up to £30,000 (DOA)
• 8.45am-6pm Monday-Friday
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role
