Global CTS Recruitment are working exclusively with a company based on Milton Park, Didcot. Due to continued growth there is an opportunity within the Export Sales Office for someone to join a vibrant and busy team. Ideally you will have some experience in export, but full training will be provides, but you must have a strong customer service and administration and a genuine interest in CARS!!!!.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare invoices from customer orders
* Take orders, add to the system and process
* Ensure correct preparation of customs documentation - training provided
* Liaise with customers concerning order despatch
* Ensure maintenance of competitive shipping/air freight costs
* Advise on export documentation procedures
* Check and approve courier invoices
Skills
* Organised individual with time management and organisation skills
* Hard worker with a good work ethic
* Able to take direction and work as part of a team
* Technical knowledge of automotive parts and their function
