Maintenance Technician - Residential luxury apartments in Liverpool city centre.

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to work in luxury residential apartment blocks in Liverpool city centre. This is an opportunity to join the most successful Property Developer in Merseyside, with a focus on providing the highest quality apartments and tenant facilities in the Liverpool city centre area. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and carrying out regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues swiftly.

We are interested in speaking to Maintenance Operatives who have experience working in residential properties, carrying out basic carpentry and general repairs. Whilst most of the week will be working Monday-Friday 9-5pm, you must have a flexible attitude to responding to call outs and emergency repairs. A clean driving licence is also required for this role, with a company van provided for local travel to different sites, with free parking and mileage claims expenses.
