We are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join our client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role.

Duties include:

Responding to customer complaints both verbally and written
Communicating with other departments within the company
Using initiative to manage and resolve all customer queries
