Description

The Head of Commercial Finance will be primarily responsible for:

• Managing the Commercial Finance team including 1-2-1s, coaching, hiring and performance management
• Production of monthly management accounts/leading the month-end process
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Providing added value and commercial insight to the business
• Daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting
• Owning Balance Sheet accounts and improving controls
• Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives across finance and the wider business

Profile

The successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with PQE 3 years+
• Experience leading the month-end required
• ERP systems experience ideal - SAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential - ability to manage complex Excel models and large volumes of data
• Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to communicate at board level
• Strong team management/leadership skills
• Experience within Manufacturing and Production/FMCG/related ideal
• Hands-on mindset
