Juice is delighted to be supporting a Bath based school, in their search for a Receptionist to join their team. The position can be full or part time hours however ideal hours for the client would be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am - 4pm. The client is looking for someone to be with them until November.DAY TO DAY:

• Model excellent professional relationships with children, parents and other professionals in the school.
• Perform reception duties throughout the day and be a first point of contact for callers, visitors, staff, pupils and parents.
• Maintain and update student database.
• Provide general admin support including parent communication, student attendance register, mail, diary appointments and meeting, photocopying, maintain general and confidential pupil filing systems.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous receptionist/office experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Happy working in a busy environment.

IN RETURN:

• Weekly pay.
• Parking available on site and nearby.
• DBS will be conducted due to nature of the role.
• Potential for role to be extended.
