Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will have a demonstrable track record of overseeing the delivery of multiple housing sites concurrently as well as proven experience in dealing with detailed section agreements.

A demonstrable track record of delivering volume housing sites is essential along with an HNC or similar within Civil Engineering
