I seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department for Business Studies to join an 'outstanding' secondary school in Hayes. The successful candidate will lead the Business Studies department, deliver high-quality lessons, and inspire students to achieve their full potential in business education.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Leadership:

* Lead and manage the Business Studies department.

* Develop and implement the Business Studies curriculum.

* Monitor and support the professional development of department staff.

Teaching and Learning:

* Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

* Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Curriculum Development:

* Ensure the Business Studies curriculum meets the needs of all students.

* Stay updated with the latest developments in business education.

* Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Student Support:

* Provide additional support to students who need extra help.

Qualifications and Experience:
