In this office based role you will design a variety of special purpose machinery, taking the projects from the sale / concept, understanding the process and designing the automation around that. Using Solidworks, you will be part of a larger design team, with routes to develop and progress internally.The company is a market leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke special purpose machinery and robotics, with their innovative systems at the forefront of technologies. Supplying into a variety of industries, including automotive, medical, food, renewables, construction and aerospace. The Role:

• Design a variety of bespoke special purpose machinery
• Taking projects from sale to concept, understanding the process and design the automation around that
• Monday to Friday, 40 hour week (early finish on Friday)

The Person:

• Mechanical Design Engineer
• Experience designing bespoke machinery
• Solidworks knowledge
