Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role with a better work-life balance? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Cafe Manager to lead the daily operations of their welcoming and vibrant cafe in Liss.

Cafe Manager - About the Role:

As Cafe Manager, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding customer service and food quality. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage stock and supplies, and work alongside the General Manager to support the overall success of the business.

This is a daytime-only role with an alternate weekend rota, offering a great balance for those seeking a more structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the cafe's daily operations

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-tier customer service

Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene

*

Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

*

Support basic kitchen tasks when required

*

Monitor and control costs to drive profitability

*

Work closely with the General Manager on strategy and performance

Cafe Manager - About You:

Background in hospitality management (cafe, restaurant, or similar)

*

Branded experience is desirable but not essential

*

Confident managing a team in a busy cafe environment

*

Hands-on, with the ability to step into the kitchen when needed

*

A strong leader with excellent organisational skills

*

Must be able to drive due to location
