The Role
We are on the lookout for fun and engaging personalities who have a passion for delivering great experiences for our customers. We are on the lookout for an Operations Supervisor who can lead by example and influence the teams to provide the best possible service across all areas of our Clients Leisure/Hospitality site. And most importantly of all, keep their customers safe and having fun!

About You

Supervisory experience - essential
Enthusiastic and proactive - essential
Previous leisure experience - desirable
Approachable by customers and your team
Your Duties

Your role will be based primarily around the leisure facility - you will be responsible for the following areas.

Safety remains at the forefront of all crew and customers
Administration, including rotas, compliance, stock control, recruitment, and training
Onsite operations including training, service, standards and financial controls
Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
