The Opportunity: We're looking for a talented Bridging & Specialist Finance Broker to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on closing deals, building strong client relationships, and structuring innovative lending solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Manage and convert high-quality inbound leads from a variety of sources.

* Structuring and placing bridging, development, and specialist finance deals.

* Managing the entire deal process from initial enquiry to completion.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and key industry professionals.

* Staying up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking For:

* 2-3 years' experience in bridging finance, development finance, or specialist lending.

* A proven track record of structuring and completing deals.

* Lender relationships and a deep understanding of lending criteria.

* Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage multiple cases while delivering exceptional service.

* CeMAP or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential).
