As a Therapy Lead, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the Therapy service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Collaborating with the Director of Care to drive service development and make informed decisions.
Providing expert clinical advice and maintaining a specialist caseload.
Actively participating in service development to meet user and stakeholder needs.

At least 2 years of experience in neurology, Neuro Rehab, MSK or Psychology, with 2 years as a Band 7 therapist.
Ideally have Expertise in complex respiratory management, including tracheostomy weaning.
Experience in team leadership and service improvement projects.
