Role

The Cash Manager position within this growing Property company is based in Wimbledon London, with hybrid working. The position is on a permanent basis. It is quite broad, varied and challenging. You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a team of 6 (Treasury/AP/AR)
• Cash Management
• Leading Audit and a key contact for auditors
• Looking after a large volume of bank accounts and transactions
• Reconciliations of the accounts
• Fixed asset register
• Payment runs
• Liaising with bank managers
• Assisting with financial audit

Profile

Ideally for this Cash Manager position of this growing Property company in Wimbledon, you will need to be switched on, an excellent communicator, hardworking and can take full ownership of the role from start to finish.

• You will be happy in a hands on role
• Have team management experience
• Dealt with high volume transactions and large number of bank accounts
• Have audit experience
• Cash management experience
• Be proactive, attention to detail, good communicator, can work autonomously, well organised etc

Salary & Benefits
