The post requires a talented Nursery practitioner who is flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential while remaining engaged in their learning.The role as a Nursery assistant will include:

• Encouraging and supporting routines that has been set in place for the class
• Encouraging children's confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
• Providing feedback and assistance to teachers.
• Helping the children understand instructions, through repetition, re-phrasing or demonstrating
